Fiber Test
We check the manufacturer code where available, identify the fabric, and test colorfastness in a concealed spot. Every time, no exceptions.
Dry Soil Removal
Thorough vacuuming first, including seams, crevices and under cushions. Removing dry soil before moisture prevents it turning into mud in the weave.
Targeted Pre-Treatment
Arms, headrests and seat cushions get treated where body oils concentrate. That is where most of the visible improvement comes from.
Controlled Extraction
Upholstery tools with moisture control — enough to clean, not enough to soak the padding. This is what prevents rings and long dry times.

Upholstery is $35 per seat, and both arms together count as one seat. A loveseat is $70 and a three-seat sofa is $105, with a $120 minimum service charge. Fabric and condition move it — velvet and leather take longer than microfibre. Dining and office chairs are quoted separately from the per-seat rate. On chair-only work — restaurants, churches, offices and function rooms — volume pricing starts at ten chairs and the per-chair price falls as the count rises: $14 to $18 each for 10 to 30 chairs, $12 to $15 for 31 to 50, and $10 to $13 above 50.
